There are too many questions for a single Yahoo!Answer question.
I’ll just do a few.
A lens focuses light by refracting its path. A curved mirror focuses light by reflecting it.
Objects that spin do so around an axis.
There is always one half of the Moon lit by the Sun. The lit half always faces the Sun. If the Moon is between us and the Sun, we cannot see that side.
Most of the other questions can be easily found with quick searches in wikipedia.
