i have been living under a rock (without a computer) for a little while and i came back on just now. grkiller had RIP GURU under his name and i thought he was just messing around. i looked on google and HES DEAD!!!!!!!!!! no!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aww man this is bad. just sad. no more gang starr reunion possibility. no more music. and a legend is dead. another name to the RIP list. and f!ck that solar guy, he lied and said that he controlled gurus affairs after he died.

First of all RIP.
Second of all a Gangstarr reunion was incredibly unlikely ever since the day they split. In short they hated each other, or at least Guru hated Premier. I don’t know why exactly… probably to do with money?
And anyway, Guru said himself in his “deathnote” as it would be, that Solar does control his affairs. He said he wants Premier no where near anything Guru had. But whatever, F*ck Solar anyway.
Yeah i completely agree, I’d have paid $ 100 to see a reunion, but I guess i’ll just have to bump Gangstarr over the speakers now instead

Terribly sad day, I feel for everyone that knew him, including Premier.
EDIT: I might be wrong, but I remember reading somewhere on the internet that Guru wrote his final letter in the days before his passing. His death was not a surprise to anyone, well anyone who was aware of his condition, including him and Primo. I think it’s definitely believable that he wrote that letter before he died as sort of a will… i may be wrong but….
