Solar Lights: Solar Energy In Pakistan? (7/31/2011)

I Live In Pakistan, The City is Multan, You Can see weather of its, nearly 8 months out of 12 months.
The Weather is always nearly +30 or 35 degree HOT (+45 in back days).

here have huge load shedding of electricity in day and night and after noon time.

So, I want to build a little solar system in my house. i only use when my electricity will go off, like 2 Fans and one energy saver light or if a desktop Computer ?

How much one time expenses and yearly expenses on Cell etc ?

(and i i use same electricity consume on perminent base system, then what’s will be cost)
