Same way you would find a roofing or construction job. Look for established companies on the internet, or in the phone book, and call them up.
The job market is generally tight all over, of course. In the likely event that a renewable energy installer is not hiring, see if you can get a construction job of any kind. Then at least you’ll have some experience on your resume when times change.
If your career goal is to be an independent installer, see if you can get an apprenticeship as an electrician or plumber.
