that device you mentioned is charging its own battery. the output voltage and amphr rating is for that battery.
I would not advice using any solar solution for your stock battery
The easiest way is to check the voltage on your regular charger. ALSO check the amps output AND whether the output is AC or DC.
IF the output is AC, you are out of luck!
If DC, THEN obtain a solar charger that meets the SAME specifications as your regular charger.
ALL cellphones do NOT use the same voltage/amperage, and neither do computers!
