To the best of my knowledge, NO company makes a SINGLE panel of that size.
Systems of that size are made by combining MANY panels.

I recently went to a lecture where $ 1 / Watt (US) was considered possible, with tax credits, new technology, etc. I would think 5 kW would be enough for a house.

If you’re serious about installing solar, you should contact a professional installer. They will propose a system based on your usage and objectives. 250 kW is far larger than you will need.

But to answer directly, 250 kW is about 1/3 the size of the system put in at my son’s High School. I would estimate the installed cost was about $ 1 million (US).
