Bush and co have been blocking the permits to bulild massive solar energy plants in NEVADA DESERTS for the last 2 years…only lifted a week or so ago because of public outcry.
They said it was because of “environmental assessments”. Sure…Solar panels on the desert. The desert is not at risk and is in fact growing because of Climate change.

Its probably a taxpayer funded scheme thats why. Why not have some links to support this claim, first I ever heard of it.
How far do you live from a desert? I live pretty close to the Mojave. Solar panels as far as the eye can see. No thanks. Deserts are beautiful places with amazing life and scenery you won’t find anywhere else. The folks that live there oppose it outright. Not just this administration. ANWR bad place to find energy Mojave good? NO WAY!
I object to taxpayer money going to pandering to environmentalists.
