I plan to put HHO generator powered by another set of battery into my car. This extra battery will not be charged by car alternator but instead it will be charged by solar cell panel at my garage during parking. Any idea about it?

if your car is electricaly motivated sounds great… if it is a petrol car… why bother?
This hydrogen fuel from water is nothing but a scam.
Big claims are being made simply to make it easy to seperate people from their money.

Hydrogen fuel cells ar used to generate electricity to power electric vehicles.
An HHO generator takes about 30 amps continuous power to get about a 30% increase in fuel economy. A normal car battery will not put out that much energy for any duration before it runs down. For short trips, using a good marine type deep cycle battery, it will for just fine.
But the solar panel to recharge that battery would need to be quite large. Remember that you are using 30 amps from your battery. That is about 360 watts of power you need from your solar panel.
It may be a better and cheaper option to just get a larger alternator installed into your car to handle that much power. You will see a performance increase as well as about 30% fuel economy increase.
But depending on the year of your vehicle, you may also need to modify the O2 sensor to make up for the change in oxygen flowing through your engine. Otherwise you will actually see an overall decrease in economy. O2 snesor adjusting units are cheap and easy to find online.
I agree with one of the previous answer, you need more power than the power generated by a solar cell, but for better ideas go to yahoo groups and look up for HHO you will find several, subscribe to some of them and you will receive more information than you can assimilate, and also you can post your question there, and for sure you are going to receive more specialized answers, good luck.
