We give energy companies tax incentives to build a BIG solar panel that reaches from Brownsville Tx. to San Diego Ca. and surround the BIG panel with wind turbines. The energy companies will need private security to protect thier investment and not let anyone climb over or on the BIG solar panels, or go near the wind turbines.What do you think?
