Full power for any gas turbine is dependent on local ambient conditions; therefore, you need to contact the Solar Gas Turbine division of Caterpillar to get a correct answer. They have this information available because it is required for the design of waste heat recovery systems as well as pollution control devices required in many applications.

You should also realize that the exhaust is not uniform. It can have serious swirls and eddy currents.
