you’d have to turn off your computer, quit “steam-curling” your hair, quit driving to the mall and stop talking on the telephone.
I’d call my sister and borrow one of her horses, and put some cooking oil on my bicycle chain. Put the barbecue grill on the back porch. Wake up earlier and go to bed sooner. Visit the library more often. (no tv or computers) make popcorn in our little decorative fireplace. Plant more flowers and trees so I don’t have to mow the yard. Have a skylight installed in the kitchen (that’s on my to-do list anyway) Have a blockparty so everyone can empty their freezers before the food spoils.
the people of this country and others would simply be forced to find alternative scources of energy,,,
It won’t…but it will cost you more.
If all petroleum products are not available for ever in the future you should :
!)sell out all of your electronic utensils
2)sell out your cars
3)sell out your electronic eguipments at home and in your office
4)replace your electric lamps with other lamp which do not need petroleum product if any
5)buy bycicles if you have not yet owned it
6)sell out electric fans or ac and buy a bamboo blowing
7)buy everything which needs petroleum products wirh others which do not need it
