Silicon is mounted beneath non-reflective glass to produce photovoltaic panels. These panels collect photons from the sun, converting them into DC electrical power. The power created then flows into an inverter. The inverter transforms the power into basic voltage and AC electrical power.

It’s pretty simple, light gives of Energy (Remember E=MCsquare, (E)Energy (=)equals (M)mass times the (C2) speed of light. The solar panel picks up the light, and the solar panel converts the light’s energy to electricity that is usable for everyday objects like a calculator.

Silicon is beneath non-reflective glass to produce the panels which we see called solar panels. Solar Panels collect photons from the sun, converting them into mains electrical power. The power created then flows into an inverter. The inverter transforms the power into basic voltage and AC electrical power.

Solar panels can be a great way for you to save money in a household, although costly at first, they make it back up very quickly, it is all about placement.
