America SHOULD be the greatest place to live in the world, as it used to be, but here are the sad facts:
1) We are spending TRILLIONS on an unjustified war, while at the same time ignoring the impending crisis posed by global warming and our reliance on oil as an energy source.
IF WE SPENT ALL THAT MONEY Instead to improve and implement solar energy technology, we would both solve the global warming problem (no more CO2 emissions) AND eliminate our need for oil (no more need to care about Iraq).
2) We spend more than $ 10,000 on war for every $ 1 we spend providing shelter, food and medical care to our own citizens.
3) We REELECT a leader who has demonstrated his warmongering ways for 4 years running…
4) We believe debt is the effective currency for all trades. Why work hard for a dollar when we can just charge it?
5) The US DOLLAR is at an ALL TIME LOW against all other major currencies.
6) Democracy DOESN’T WORK when 90% of the voters are MORONS.

I can honestly say I make faaaaar below a million a year, and I support Bush.
Sure, several people think he is doing a great job and don’t have a penny to their name. Of course several people are stupid and are republican because they were told to. Some hang their hats on one thing like abortion.
I thought that it would also be a good use of money to revamp the welfare system, create more scholarships for more education, and decrease our foreign oil dependencies.
That stuff doesn’t matter to people. Thinking is not an option.

I think all the partys are full of horse manure. I think that anyone who openly braggs about voting all dem or repub should be shot for being stupid. I think you have a childish simplistic view of the world if you really think we could create some solar energy thing with the amount spent on Iraq. The Dems have already shown their NIMBY side with windfarms and large solar farms. Why waste money on things that neither party wants in their area.
90% are morons? Calling someone a moron, as you did, or a traitor, as so many pro-Cons on this site do, because they don’t agree with you doesn’t make you right, it makes you a jackass.
You see skippy, when the GOP characterizes Dems as arrogant, they’re talking about obnoxious people like yourself. You may have some good points, but no one is going to listen when you say that 90% of the voters are morons.
I’m guessing that part of your problem is that you have yet to make it all the way through puberty and so you’re insecure about the .. um.. development of the various parts of your anatomy. Don’t worry skippy, the rest of your body will grow when you do.
Add to that – the top 1% of the population make 22% of the money. This is the highest percentage since 1928, right before the great depression. It should scare the living bejesus out of everyone in the middle class.
