no since a huge solar cell would be needed to charge a phone
you could probaly buy a solar panel a put it somewhere and plug you phone into it.. buy if you check look at the lights outside that have solar panels, imagine that those are being hit by light 16 hours a day and it probably still uses energy
no, most cell phone do not have solar charger, but you can go to http://www.pickegg.com/wholesale/Solar-Charger.html to buy one for your cell phone, it is very cheap.
