i am doing a science fair project involving solar cells, but i dont know where i can buy one, and i also need a volt meter that can be attached to the solar cell
preferably online and price is not a problem

I know you stated online but you should be able to find a voltmeter in many locations… Radio Shack and any hardware store with an electrical section should have voltmeters. Radio Shack will have Solar cells too but for a cheap source, check your local dollar store for a solar powered calculators.
If you want to stick to online – radioshack.com – should have everything you need.
