THE ORIGINAL ONES WERE MADE OF PLASTIC AND SOME HAVE BROKE. THE TOP OF THE STAKES NEEDS TO BE 1 INCH IN DIAMETER TO HOLD THE STAINLESS POLE THAT HOLDS THE LIGHTS. COULD ALSO MOUNT THE LIGHTS ON THE FENCE POSTS IF SOMEONE HAS AN IDEA HOW.

You cant really, you could try and get to your local hardware store and find some PVC pipe that will be the same size os what you need. You could always try and call the manufacture to see if they will see you parts over the phone, stores will not have actually replacements for these.
