B, is eliminated 1st, because their is already a theory on how solar panels work, it does not require further investigation
A. should be eliminated, seeing as it counts as history, which would already by investigated by someone.
D. would also be eliminated, as it counts as a question with a simple answer, no need for investigation or debatable conclusions.
C. would be my answer, seeing as it requires investigation, can have debatable conclusions
