I received in my SPAM folder, some email about how to reduce electricity by using natural power. My husband is very intelligent and I am sure he could make something like solar or wind power using the guides…I just want to know, DOES IT WORK or is it a $ 50 SCAM for the book….Thanks fellow consumers looking to save money in this god awful horrible economy!!!
