If you think about energy, you think its all solar. Solar panels are obvious but hyrdo power is solar because it puts rain and snow melt in the reservoir. Oil is decayed plants. Plants are solar energy specialists. SSo you see, its all solar. Except for nuclear and geothermal.
*** Ted. What do you think Biofuels area?
*** I don’t hate all oil, just the ones that get burned!

dem refucklinkins r stupid
So, you are saying oil is a renewable resource then?
Solar energy is very costly, while I agree that we need to find a cheap alternative to fuel, solar energy just doesn’t cut it
Okay, cut your grass and make me a Hundred Million barrels of oil by tomorrow !
Why do you hate oil but use a computer which is made mostly of petroleum based products.
Theres a form of oil in most products you use. And you buy those products without reading the label
The only reason to dislike solar is because it is vastly more expensive. Do you have solar panels on YOUR house?
in the 1850′s, the luddite types didn’t like this oil from the ground because it eliminated whaling jobs.
so I vote we use the green oil.
Lol. What a ridiculous question
Oil is the ultimate recyclable fuel, it just a very long cycle. The plants that grew during the dinosaur times grew and covered most of the planet due to very very warm global temeratures (they were in global warming times that was very beneficial for plants and animals of the time) When plants die and eventually turn into oil, not from dinosaurs as most liberals claim.
So essentially, oil is produced by plants and the carbon that comes from the burning of oil was carbon from the plants when they died off. Also, plants needs the sun to grow, so you’re ultimately right.
yes ok sweetie
feel free to use a windmill and go solar
and let me know how you do ok..
That’s not entirely a fair assessment. Implementing solar energy is extremely expensive, and in some areas of the word (mainly due to a lack of direct sunlight) just plain unfeasible.
Listen, I’m a supporter of solar energy, and I find it laughable every time a Republican says that they’re not funding it because it will “never be profitable” (a ridiculous notion if I’ve ever seen one). Oil is old technology, but it’s been effective for a long time, and will continue to be the main source of energy for most countries for a long time yet. We have to accept that until solar energy (or some other renewable source) becomes feasible. Research dollars should be going into that.
well you have a billion year point.
Thus, oil is a renewable resource.
You know, dry oil beds in Texas are filling up again with oil. If only the libtards at the EPA let us drill for it…………
Electric cars use COAL ENERGY. really green that!
Oil is decayed plants
yes…over millions of years..
Plants are solar energy specialists.
yes, over a planting and harvesting season..a lot less than millions of years…and some nations have taken that and used it to grow and harvest sources for energy.
hydro has been proven durable and safe…as has solar and wind…and all are immediate sources…
your point is taken…
In love whats cheapest only fool, liberals an the rich like to pay top dollar for the latest fad.

It’s still very costly in most areas. There are maps available showing solar energy potential (inSOLation), though. Certain areas have so much sunshine that even PV panels are profitable in large installs at today’s prices.
Libertarian chip mogul, Dr. TJ Rodgers was approached in about 2000 by a PV vendor about installing panels on the new corporate campus (under construction at the time). Typical of his analytical nature, he just said, “do the numbers: if it makes economic sense, do it. If not, don’t.” It made sense; He did it; saved a ton of money every month (pricey electric in that area and LOTS of sun) and actually BOUGHT the solar panel manufacturer… with his OWN money.
Photovoltaic (PV) is still much more expensive than concentrated solar thermal power which uses huge mirrors to focus sunlight to a point where the heat generated there drives a heat engine (such as steam or Stirling).

All hate coming out of talking points of Oil magnates Koch Brothers owners and masters today GOP and there puppets Cons !
