I have been really interested in this new alternative energy explosion and solar power has caught my attention. I feel that it would be a great business because everybody can benefit from having solar panels on their homes.. I live in Palm Beach county, Florida, and there aren’t many companies that do that type of business. I have no luck in finding information on how to learn to install solar panels and to start a business doing the same. I am pretty business savvy, so I know I could handle the business aspect, I just need to know where to start. Do I need to go to school? What, if any, schools are there? Marketing? Somebody help!

supply and demand. when solar panels became less expensive and more major retailers start useing them to suplament there energy cost they will increase demand raise production, and lower cost.
My solar contractor highers licensed electricians only. Even the sales staff is a licensed contractor.
There are several magazines I’ve seen ads in lately for solar emplyoment. Take a look at the book store and look for green building or sustainable living magazines to see if you can find the ads.
