I know there had been many discussions about that, but they were not descriptive enough. I have just watched a film about global warming, and I made a calculation that my family can save up to 50-60$ per year from such device. I wan to ask if such thing exists and if yes, does it really work, or it just slows down discharging? Thank you in advance!
