Difficulties finding some websites for my Science project…?

in Solar Products

I am having difficulties trying to find some websites to get some answers for three questions and of course, Science isn’t a subject I am very good at so this is why I am researching for my answers:
How is solar energy transported to the power station?
How is solar energy stored at the power station?; and
Are there any waste products or any harmful products produced?
All I need is some links that explain these answers on them. Thanks!

Solar energy is captured as DC then goes through an inverter to change it into AC that back feeds through your meter into the grid. This is analogous to charging a car battery with a hand held battery pack.

The power station does not store electricity. There are test now to use capacitor banks to smooth out peak loads. Excess power may be used to pump water uphill to store for later use by hydroelectric. Compressed air or large flywheels may also store mechanical energy. But the power station itself does not store the energy. What is supplied by residential solar is used up in that neighborhood so the power company does not need to supply as much.

Production, transportation and construction may have some harmful by products.
The actual generation of electricity by solar energy does not produce harmful products.
The only waste product is heat. Even that is usually less than the roof would have produced.
