First you would need to determine what type of solar panels they are. Is there electric wires coming from them or water pipes ? They may be a passive solar water heating type of panel. Makes a lot of difference in value etc.

The dimensions are a dead giveaway that those are water heating panels, and that would be about the right size for a pool heater. Is there a swimming pool?

Your best bet is to try to contact the previous owner via their real estate agent.

How much are they worth? If your intention was to sell them, not much. It’s pretty close to the scrap value of the metal, since people would be reluctant to buy a water heating system that has been used for so long.
