i know how its created and stuff but i need to know how it is moved to our homes and buildings. any help?

Geothermal energy, in the form of electricity (created simply by a standard turbine) is delivered via a standard electrical distribution infrastructure – wires, mechanisms to step up and step down the voltage, transformers… the first link down there will provide you with a more thorough explanation than I could write for you here.

If you are talking about a geothermal heat pump, though (a very different thing), that is pumped directly out of the ground at the location of the structure. It heats or cools the building according to what the demand is for the season.
