its simply not practicle to power something large like a dryer directly with a solar cell, you would be better off using solar cells to charge batteries and use those batteries to deliver power to the dryer, in that case its simply a matter of how quickly the batteries charge and how much energy is drained.

See my answer to your previous question – same thing applies here. It will be possible to calculate a theoretical answer, but running a 15A clothes dryer is hardly practical direct from solar cells. Better to hang the wahing directly out in the glorious sunshine that is powering the solar cell.
