My dad has a Seiko watch (received as a gift) that doesn’t use any battery, but some kind of ingenious technology where all he has to do is shake the watch a couple of times to restore power every few weeks. It’ll last forever, but it was also probably expensive as hell. Does anyone know where I can get a watch that doesn’t need any replacement batteries for a good price?

Fossil has one just like that. you just turn your wrist and it turns a thing and generates power (almost like a portable mini power plant) you can get these for a lil’ less than $ 100. however seiko watches are very good watches and have a warranty i believe. my grandparents had one that lasted about 12 years.(thats pretty good for a wrist watch)
but whatever you decide hope it makes you happy.
