What are some safety issues with solar power plants?

I can’t say I know this for sure, but I have a few guesses:
-high current levels in connection wires from solar panels
-high heat coming off of the panels
My guess is that overall they are relatively safe, but some solar panels might be made with hazardous materials or chemicals that need proper disposal.
