Corporations are groups of people that control a certain aspect of the market through labor, services, or products. Many of them provide useful products that we as a people can use. So when innovation like solar and wind are attacked by corporations that make coal, there is a huge problem. People want clean energy, but they must pay more to keep coal interests from sabotaging what is good and pure.

Because that is what the law says, in some instances.
Don’t like it, change the law.
**If consumers do not purchase solar or wind, it is not the fault of the other industries. Apparently not enough people want “clean energy”, which is in fact not nearly as clean as you think.
Because most stocks are owned by individuals, through 401k’s, IRA’s, pension funds, or just investing in stock
If I can’t have sex with it, its not a person. I guess Comcast is a person since they are most definitely screwing me. I fell in love with Netflix but it turns out that its really bisexual.
Unions are also groups but would you say that workers dont have rights?
so they can get massive dollar amounts from them devoted to Republican political advertising.
The frankenstein decision of Santa Clara county vs Southern Pacific railroad in like 1850.. that’s what created this monster.
Because Corporations are owned and operated by people. Corporations employ people. Essentially Corporations are people.
Why do libs view corporations as evil?
Because corporations treat them better than most people do.
Mitt Romney said that. Last time I checked, Mitt Romney didn’t represent the views of all conservatives. What we have in this country is crony capitalism. Want to change that? Vote for Ron Paul.
The only “individuals” I know that attack wind generators are liberals. A perfect example is that Lion of the Senate, ted “the drunk driver/murderer” kennedy that refused to allow wind turbines anywhere near the kennedy compound in Hyannis Port. That fat hypocrite, I’m glad he’s dead. Solar power is everywhere but is still outrageously expensive and is incapable of sustainable energy except in a few locales.
What? Coal companies are not the ones getting government welfare to keep them in business.
who bailed out the corporations in fear they were “too big to fail”… democrat controlled congress? you dont say….
Got news for you liberals do also.
A corporation is simply a construct that is created but not really alive as in breathing. Therefore when it goes broke or has a liability that may not necessarily cary over to its members.
Further not all corporations are public, nor do all corporations have groups of people.
You are really way off on this one.
Nope
#1 Solar panels = battery chargers 100 watts / m2
#2 Windmills = ecosystem destroying oversized battery chargers 1 megawatt maximum output when operating
#3 Viable forms or energy that do not burn resources as fuel are NOT being explored by the left because lobbyist for #1 and #2 are paying them huge amounts of money.
#4 Solar and wind energy combined make up 0.41% of the energy grid while destroying huge chunks of ecosystems.
#5 we need energy to research viable alternatives, and we need lobbyists and politicians to stay out of science and quit saying what is acceptable and what is not acceptable to investigate.
