This is troll physics, i.e. nonsensical physics. No, you can’t make a perpetuum mobile by using calculator solar cells and a light bulb. Energy is lost through heat, so it won’t work, even for a short while.
And before you ask; no, you can’t have wind generators power a fan that powers the wind generators, you can’t use two magnets – one on a stick, the other one mounted to a cart – to pull the cart forward while you’re sitting in the cart. You can’t survive an infinitely long fall by bringing a chair with you and jumping from the chair right before you hit.
