It is a 1.5v 135mA solar cell from sundance solar. I also have miniature 1.5v light bulbs and I don’t know how to connect them. I don’t know where to find cheap wires to connect them.

Go to your local hardware store and get some #22 wire. You can buy it by the foot and get only as much as you need. A larger number would be OK too.
