Is there such a product (solar windows) that can be used to store energy in a battery or heat water in addition to being a building window? If so, where can I get more information on it.

Not windows but panels. Solar panels are sold all over the world, I would suggest you Google in your question, and see what comes up.We have heaps of them here, but I live in New Zealand.
We have lots of solar panels here in the USA as well setting in warehouses everywhere. The problem is no one here has enough money to buy food to live and buy solar power at the same time. All our jobs have moved to China and India so no one has any money any more.
I don’t think our country is as rich as others around the world.
A double or triple pane window will insulate almost as well as a wall and can allow light in to warm up a row of black metal barrels full of water or a black granite floor. These will let off heat during the night to keep a house warm(er).
